The organizer is responsible for the artistic promotion, working and taking care, even in collaboration with Public and Private Bodies which are entrusted with the artistic and cultural activities, for the promotion and appreciation of art and its development through the media such as print media, radio, television, Internet and through flyers, posters, brochures, catalogues etc., in order to make each exhibition accessible to the art industry and to the general public, also offering to the artists the opportunity to meet international people and to have artistic confrontation.

All the events are organized in collaboration with curators and art industry professionals and will be  inaugurated by outstanding personalities from the world of culture and art.
The events, which are placed in international and prestigious places, include each artistic categories, such as painting, drawing, mixed media, sculpture, graphic, photography, video art, works on paper, textile art, tactile art, jewelry and ceramics etc. All made by established artists and emerging young talents.

All events will be advertised and promoted through the medias in order to make contemporary art accessible to everybody.

The artists shall sustain their costs, finding by themselves suitable sponsor which will be submitted to the organization assessment. The admitted sponsors will be published in the art catalogue and in the official web site www.arte.events.

The events could be sponsored and supported by Institutional partners and private partners and their names and logos will be published in the catalogue of the event and in  the official web site www.arte.events. Furthermore during the exhibition their logos  will be published in posters,  banners ads and video reproductions.

For each artistic event, will be made a catalogue which will include texts made by critics and personalities belonging to the world of art. In this catalogue, a space with name, photo and biographical text, will be dedicated to all participating artists.
